Tremfya (guselkumab) is a monoclonal antibody used against interleukin-23 to treat psoriatic arthritis and plaque psoriasis. It's a drug that comes in two doses that are separated by eight weeks. I was thrilled when I read the name Interleukin-23 because I was studying interleukins in my immunology class at Wau.
